Changing your PASSWORD
From the start page, Click on "My Account" which is one of the main links along the top of the page.
A User Portal page will pop up that requires you to enter your user ID and current Password. Then click (Log In)
From the user Portal Page, you are able to;
- Manage Passwords
- Find a Dial-up Number
- List your on-line usage statistics
- Update your Billing information
- View Invoices
- List Services that you have with FamilyWay.
- or Log out.
Click on (Manage Passwords)
You will be given a choice to change passwords for any service you have.
Select one of the services listed and click on (Change Password)
You will be asked to Enter a new Password and then Enter it a second time.
Click on (Set Password).
