Changing your PASSWORD

  • From the start page, Click on "My Account" which is one of the main links along the top of the page.
  • A User Portal page will pop up that requires you to enter your user ID and current Password. Then click (Log In)
  • From the user Portal Page, you are able to;
    1. Manage Passwords
    2. Find a Dial-up Number
    3. List your on-line usage statistics
    4. Update your Billing information
    5. View Invoices
    6. List Services that you have with FamilyWay.
    7. or Log out.
  • Click on (Manage Passwords)
  • You will be given a choice to change passwords for any service you have.
  • Select one of the services listed and click on (Change Password)
  • You will be asked to Enter a new Password and then Enter it a second time.
  • Click on (Set Password).
